Lexia Group looks to the future with key board appointment
Leeds-based Lexia Solutions Group has further strengthened its board
with the appointment of Richard Collins as Sales and Marketing Director.
Richard will take overall responsibility for the commercial and marketing aspects of all businesses within the group, which provides asbestos abatement and disposal, demolition and land remediation solutions in addition to supplying specialist equipment to the asbestos and construction industry.
He will look to drive forward the four key brands – Rhodar Ltd.,
Bagnall (UK) Ltd. and Thermac (Hire) Ltd and Novas (UK) Ltd.
With over 15 years experience in strategic sales, Richard joins the company from Transaction Network Services (TNS), a leading provider of data communications solutions.
Whilst at the company he developed a new business sales strategy that helped generate incremental revenue as well as retaining key accounts such as Arcadia, Orange and Northern Rock.
Previously he was Sales Director at Direct Group UK – a leading business process outsourcer. Here Richard developed an aggressive sales strategy which not only secured blue chip clients including Lloyds TSB and Halifax Bank of Scotland, but also led to the company being listed in the Sunday Times fastest growing top 100 companies three years in a row.
Jason Davy, managing director of Lexia Solutions Group, said: “Richard’s appointment really strengthens the board. With his vast experience and outstanding track record, I look forward to working with him to further drive forward the Lexia group of companies.”
Richard added: “I am excited to be working on such high profile and established brands within the asbestos abatement sector. My core objective is to develop tailored, high impact sales and marketing strategies which will achieve continued growth for all companies within Lexia Solutions Group over the next few years.”
